We have blocked rooms for the period 16-17 March 2018 (Friday and Saturday nights) at the following special rates:

We have reserved a limited number of beds at a special rate for event participants. We encourage you to make your reservations early as there are only limited number of beds. Reservations within our block will be accepted until 12 February 2018 or until the block is sold out. After that, reservations will be accepted with the Nesin Village’s administration and will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Although we encourage you to stay in the Nesin Maths Village, if you could not find a room in the village or if you prefer to stay in a different place, please take a look at the other alternatives in Sirince and indicate this at the registration form.
Please kindly note that in this case, you will be charged for breakfast, lunch and dinner fees for both days due to the agreement with Nesin Maths Village administration to be able to benefit from workshop areas.
Please note: We do not contract with any other third party organizations to make accommodation reservations for attendees of the event. If you don’t prefer to stay at Nesin Maths Village, you should make your reservation directly with hotels.

Distances
İzmir – Selcuk: 75 km.
Selcuk – Sirince: 8 km.
Sirince – Village: 1 km.
Reaching Selcuk (pronounced Seldjouk)
1) By Bus. There may be bus companies that have regular services to Selcuk from the town where you are. Otherwise you may first come to Izmir and from Izmir you may take one of the buses to Selcuk. There is one such bus every 40 minutes and they leave from Izmir`s main bus station. The first one is at 7:00 AM. The last one is at 9:00 PM. You can find the details here. The Izmir-Selcuk bus fare is 10 TL.
2) By Plane. There are a couple of possibilities to get from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Selcuk. a) The buses that come from the town of Gaziemir to the destination of Selcuk stop near the airport. To take one of these buses you should go to Tansaş (pronounced Tansash) by taxi. It takes only 5 minutes. There is one bus every 40 minutes from 6:40 AM till 8:30 PM. The Gaziemir-Selcuk bus fare is 10 TL. b) You can also take the train from the airport. The schedule is here. (For the train schedule from Selcuk to airport, see here. ) c)The airport shuttle (Havaş) going to Kuşadası stops in Selcuk. You will find the shuttle schedule here. The airport shuttle fare is 25 TL.
3) By Train. There may also be train services from your location to Selcuk train station. Please check here. (For the train schedule departing from Selcuk, see here.)
4) By private Car. After arriving Izmir, take the direction of Aydin, the neighboring city at the South of Izmir. After about 50 km you will arrive at the Torbali exit where there is a ticket window. About 20 km after the ticket window you will arrive at Selcuk ticket window. Follow the signs for Selcuk. At Selcuk turn left at the first traffic lights; after around 200 meters you will reach the road to Sirince. You will see the sign of Sirince.
Reaching Sirince (pronounced Shirindjé). There are minibuses from Selcuk to Sirince. There is one minibus every 20 minutes from 07:20 till 09:00, every 30 minutes from 09:00 till 16:00, every 20 minutes from 16:00 till 18:20. The Selcuk-Sirince minibus fare is 3 TL. You can take a taxi from Selcuk to Sirince. It costs about 50 TL.
