Ümit Özaydın

Ümit is one of the founding partners of Dragoman Academy and Dragoman Translation. He was born in Istanbul. The son of a soldier, he lived in various cities of the country until his high school years, went into tourism during his university years and traveled to rest of the country as well as many parts of the world, including the North and South Poles. With his desire for better, more beautiful and more effective communication, he took the career and entrepreneurship opportunities first in translation, then in language education.

He strives to perceive and experience life as a citizen of the world. He greatly enjoy small intellectual discoveries. He’s very interested in technology, loves to try and use the newest, most interesting tools.

Coordinating the marketing and publication activities of Dragoman Academy, Ümit Özaydın also provides corporate training inter alia on Clean Turkish Language, Intercultural Communications, Customer-Oriented Correspondence, Time Management, Stress and Anger Management.
